- All registrations have to be done through the conference website. Please register by selecting on-site or online participation. After registering, you will receive an auto-reply email to your registered email address.
参加登録は当日を含めウェブサイトからのみ受け付けます。現地参加またはオンライン参加を選択の上ご登録ください。登録後、ご登録頂いたメールアドレスに自動返信メールが届きますのでご確認ください - Payment by credit card ( VISA, MasterCard, AmericanExpressCard, JCB, Diners and DiscoverCard ) only.

必ず事前にキャンセルポリシー・個人情報の利用についてご確認頂き、ご了承頂いた上でご登録ください - Students registered for on-site participation must bring their student ID card on the day of the event.
現地参加に登録した学生は、当日必ず学生証をお持ちください - Please note that photos and videos will be taken during the conference period for record and publicity purposes.
会期中は、配信と記録のために、写真と映像の撮影がございますので、ご了承ください - The program is subject to change without prior notice. The conference will take place using a hybrid model. Depending on the situation, however, it may be held fully online.
In that case, the organizer will cancel your registration, notify you of the cancellation, and issue a refund. Please ensure to re-register for online participation yourself.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations for registration, boxed lunches, and conference dinners must be notified to the Conference Secretariat by e-mail in advance.
Please note that, all cancellations are subject to a 5% handling charge of the total price. apri2023@w-as.jp
- ＊From December 1st 2022 (JPT), the handling charge will be changed to 6%.
参加登録、お弁当、カンファレンスディナーのキャンセルについては、それぞれ運営事務局まで必ず事前にEメールにてお知らせください
ただし、全てのキャンセルでそれぞれ代金の5パーセントの手数料を申し受けますのでご了承ください
＊2022年12月1日以降、手数料が６％に変更になりますのでご了承ください。 apri2023@w-as.jp
- ＊From December 1st 2022 (JPT), the handling charge will be changed to 6%.
- Please note that after March 1, 2023, all cancellations will not be refunded.

- For the participants who wish to change from "On-site" registration to "On-line" registration, please cancel your entire "On-site" registration in registration system (5% commission will be deducted ) and re-register from "On-line" registration.

会場参加へお申込みの後、オンライン参加へご変更をご希望の場合は、一旦、お申し込みをキャンセルして、新たにお申し込みください
